What your first visit looks like

No rushing, no judgement, and nothing happens without your say-so.

What you really eat

We look at a normal day — meals, snacks, timings, cravings, family routines — without judgement.

What your body needs

We connect food to your goals: energy, cycles, blood sugar, pregnancy, bones or gut.

Small changes that stick

You leave with a few realistic changes, not a 40-item diet chart.

Who you'll see

Questions women ask us

Will I get a strict diet chart?

No. We focus on realistic changes to the food you already eat, so they last.

Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?

Usually not. Most changes use everyday Indian ingredients. Supplements are only suggested when there's a clear reason.

Can you help my whole family eat better?

Yes — we often plan around one family menu so you're not cooking twice.

Is this only for weight loss?

No. Most women come to us for energy, PMOS, pregnancy, gut health or menopause.

Whatever it is, it's worth an appointment.

You don't have to be certain, prepared, or in crisis to come and see us.
