Care plans

What is a Narika care plan?

A care plan is six structured sessions with the specialists you need — for example a gynaecologist, dietician, physiotherapist and psychologist — arranged in the right order, with your team sharing notes.

Which care plans does Narika offer?

Narika offers a PCOS Care Plan, a Vaginismus Care Plan and a Menopause Care Plan.

Can a care plan be adapted to me?

Yes. The six-session structure is a guide, and your team adapts the pace and focus to your needs and goals.

How much does a care plan cost?

Fees depend on the plan. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll explain everything clearly before you commit.

Women's health: quick answers

Is severe period pain normal?

No. Period pain that stops you from working or sleeping, or that painkillers don't relieve, deserves assessment — it can be a sign of endometriosis or adenomyosis. See our period pain guide.

What helps PCOS the most?

A combination of steady-blood-sugar eating, regular strength and cardio exercise, good sleep, stress support and medical treatment matched to your goals. See PCOS: what actually helps.

When does perimenopause start?

Most commonly in the 40s, sometimes in the late 30s, and it lasts several years before periods stop. See our perimenopause guide.

Is leaking after childbirth normal?

It's common but treatable. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a recommended first-line treatment. See leaking after childbirth.

Is vaginismus treatable?

Yes. Vaginismus responds well to combined pelvic floor physiotherapy and psychological support, at your own pace. See our Vaginismus Care Plan.

What is endometriosis?

A condition where tissue similar to the womb lining grows outside the womb, causing pain and sometimes fertility difficulties. See our endometriosis guide.
