Goal: Understand YOUR PMOS — not everything you've read online.
PMOS touches your cycle, your metabolism, your skin, your energy and how you feel about yourself. That's exactly why one appointment rarely fixes it — and why this plan brings four specialists into the same conversation.

PMOS is exactly where a team approach makes sense. The medical side, the food side, the movement side and the emotional side all affect each other — so we treat them together instead of one at a time.
