Care plans

For the things one appointment can't fix.

Some concerns need more than one specialist — in the right order, talking to each other. Our care plans are six structured sessions with the team you need, so nothing stalls halfway through.

How a care plan works

Six sessions. The right people. One shared plan.

Tell us what's going on

Send a message, call or WhatsApp. We'll help you work out if a care plan is right for you.

Start with understanding

Your first session builds the full picture of your history, symptoms and goals.

Your team takes turns — and teams up

Each specialist covers their piece, and some sessions bring them together in the same room.

Leave with a roadmap

Your final session reviews progress and gives you a long-term plan you understand.

  • Goal: Find movement that fits your body and your life.

Care plan questions

What is a care plan?

A care plan is a structured set of six sessions with the specialists you need — for example a gynecologists, dietician, physiotherapist and psychologist — arranged in the right order, with your team sharing notes along the way.

How is it different from booking separate appointments?

With separate appointments you usually repeat your story and get advice that doesn't connect. In a care plan your specialists work from one shared plan, and some sessions bring two or three of them together.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral to start?

No. You can start with your concern. If you're not sure which plan fits, send us a message and we'll help you choose — or suggest a single appointment instead.

Can the sessions be adapted to me?

Yes. The six-session structure is a guide. Your team adapts the pace and focus to your needs, history and goals.

How much does a care plan cost and how long does it take?

Timings and fees depend on the plan. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll explain everything clearly before you commit to anything.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us what's going on and we'll point you to the right place — even if that's a single appointment.
