Menopause Care Plan

Menopause is a transition, not a list of symptoms.

This plan is much broader than treating hot flushes. It helps you understand and navigate the whole transition — your body, your food, your strength, your sleep, your mood and who you're becoming next.

Is this for me?

This plan may help if…

Perimenopause and menopause change your hormones, bones, heart health, muscles, sleep and mood all at once. A gynaecologist alone can't cover all of that in one appointment — so four specialists share the work.

  • Your periods are changing and you're in your late 30s, 40s or 50s
  • Hot flushes, night sweats or disturbed sleep are wearing you down
  • You feel more anxious, irritable or low than you used to
  • Your body is changing — weight, shape, joints, strength — and you're not sure why
  • You'd like to understand your treatment options, including hormone therapy
  • You want to protect your bones, heart and independence for the decades ahead

Menopause care plan questions

How do I know if I'm in perimenopause?

Changes to your cycle, hot flushes, poor sleep, mood changes and brain fog in your late 30s to 50s can all be signs. Session 1 with our gynaecologist helps you understand where you are.

Will I be put on hormone therapy?

Not automatically. Your gynaecologist will explain whether menopausal hormone therapy may be appropriate for you, along with other options, and the decision is yours.

I'm already past menopause. Is this still for me?

Yes. Bone, heart and metabolic health, strength, sleep and mood all matter after menopause too — and the plan is built around your stage and goals.

Will I be given a strict diet?

No. Our dietician focuses on sustainable eating with practical Indian meal strategies — not restrictive dieting.

What happens after the six sessions?

You leave with a long-term personalised midlife health plan and know when and why to come back.
