About Narika

Why we created Narika

Because women here are taught to wait — and when they finally ask for help, care arrives in fragments. Narika is one place that holds the whole picture, from first breath to healthy ageing.

Our story

Women here are taught to wait.

To see if the pain settles. To manage until the children are older. To not make a fuss about bleeding, leaking, or crying in the bathroom before work.

And when they finally do ask for help, care arrives in fragments — a scan here, a prescription there, nobody holding the whole picture. You repeat your story to every new specialist. Nobody talks to anybody else.

We built Narika so one place holds it: a gynaecologist, a psychologist, a physiotherapist and a dietician under one roof in Thane, who actually talk to each other about you.

First breath to healthy ageing.

Built differently, on purpose

Narika isn't a single doctor's chamber. It's a small team designed around the way women's health actually works.

Holistic

Not just medical. The whole woman.

Periods affect mood. Pain affects sleep. Food affects hormones. Stress affects everything. So we look at four things together.

Body · Gynaecologist

The medical picture

Your gynaecologist looks at cycles, hormones, fertility, pregnancy and menopause — and asks what's really going on, not just what the scan says.

  • Periods
  • Fertility
  • Menopause
Mind · Psychologist

How it feels to live with it

Your psychologist makes space for the anxiety, low mood, body image and relationship strain that so often travel with physical symptoms.

  • Anxiety
  • Motherhood
  • Relationships
Movement · Physiotherapist

Strength, pain and the pelvic floor

Your physiotherapist works on the body you live in every day — pelvic floor, pain, posture, recovery and getting strong again.

  • Pelvic floor
  • Pain
  • Recovery
Nourishment · Dietician

Food that fits your life

Your dietician turns health goals into meals that work in an Indian kitchen, for your whole family, on a normal week.

  • Energy
  • Iron
  • Hormones

What changes when your team talks

The usual way

  • You tell your story again and again to new people
  • Each specialist sees one piece of the puzzle
  • Advice from different places contradicts itself
  • Mood, pain and food are "someone else's department"
  • Care stalls halfway when a referral goes nowhere

The Narika way

  • You tell your story once — your team shares it
  • Four specialists hold the whole picture together
  • One plan, agreed between the people treating you
  • Body, mind, movement and food in the same conversation
  • Care plans move in the right order, so nothing stalls

Educate. Prevent. Empower.

Three words that shape every appointment, workshop and post we share.

Educate

Plain-language answers, so you understand your own body and can make informed choices — in the clinic, on Instagram and in our workshops.

Prevent

Catching things early and building habits for the long run — because the best care often happens before anything goes wrong.

Empower
