PCOS Care Plan

PCOS, without the rules and the guilt.

PCOS touches your cycle, your metabolism, your skin, your energy and how you feel about yourself. That's exactly why one appointment rarely fixes it — and why this plan brings four specialists into the same conversation.

Is this for me?

This plan may help if…

PCOS is exactly where a team approach makes sense. The medical side, the food side, the movement side and the emotional side all affect each other — so we treat them together instead of one at a time.

  • You've been diagnosed with PCOS (or suspect it) and don't know what to actually do next
  • Your periods are irregular, missing or unpredictable
  • You've tried strict diets and they didn't last — or made you miserable
  • Acne, hair growth, hair thinning or weight changes are affecting how you feel
  • You're thinking about pregnancy now or in the future and want to understand your options
  • You're tired of conflicting advice from the internet

PCOS care plan questions

Do I need a PCOS diagnosis before starting?

No. If you suspect PCOS, the first session with our gynaecologist looks at your symptoms and history and discusses whether any investigations are needed.

Is this a weight-loss programme?

No. Weight is discussed only where it's relevant to you, and always sustainably. The focus is your cycle, energy, metabolic health, mood and a routine you can keep.

Will I have to give up rice, roti or sugar forever?

No. Session 2 is literally called "Nutrition Without the PCOS Rules". Our dietician helps you build meals that work for blood sugar and still feel like home food.

I want to get pregnant in the future. Is this relevant?

Yes. Fertility and reproductive goals are part of Session 1 and are revisited in your final review, so your plan reflects what you want next.

Can the plan be adjusted?

Yes. The six sessions are a structure, not a script. Your team adapts the pace and focus to what you need.
